Approved balances say who holds company money and what the company owes, never just a number with a minus sign.

Questions
Does CrewDue send or receive money?
No. CrewDue keeps track of balances; it never moves money, holds money or connects to a bank.
Who can see an employee’s expenses?
The employee, and the owners and managers of that business. Employees see only their own balance.
What does “₹2,800.00 with employee” mean?
The employee still has ₹2,800.00 of company money to account for. “Company owes ₹850.00” means the business needs to pay the employee.
Does it track my staff’s location?
No. CrewDue has no location permission and no location features.
How do staff join?
You add the staff member and create a sign-in code, then share it yourself. They open the CrewDue app, tap Staff and enter the code. Managers and other owners open an email invite and sign in with that email, Google or Apple.
How are amounts and dates shown?
Each amount shows its currency, and expense dates stay separate from the dates records are made. CrewDue never transfers or converts money.
How do I delete my account?
Sign in on the web and open Account & security → Delete account, or read how account deletion works.
