Business records belong with the right people.
Money records need clear permissions as well as clear amounts. Access depends on the active business membership and role, and business records are not public search content.
Each role has a boundary
Employees see their own balance and expenses. Owners and managers see the business records their role permits. Belonging to one business does not grant access to another business.
Review is separate from claiming
Managers cannot approve their own expenses. Staff sign-in code and ownership exceptions are explicitly identified. A shared sign-in code is limited to the intended employee membership and cannot change identity credentials.
Receipts stay behind access checks
Receipt and report requests require sign-in and current authorization. A public website link is never permission to read a staff record.
Choose optional measurement
Optional analytics and diagnostics start off. Website consent does not enable analytics on signed-in pages. No staff location is requested. Read the privacy policy for the actual providers, retention and account-deletion details.
